Mass Schedule and Prayers Times at
Saint Leo Abbey
Anyone (you do not need to be an Oblate) may visit the abbey and pray with monks anytime.
Seeking God in the divine office (the monastic daily prayers) is a central Benedictine practice.
Oblates strive to pray the divine office at home to the extent they are able.
